Welcome to Microsystem Technology. The research at the Microsystem Technology Lab is centred around Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) and its applications in the medical (MedMEMS), biotechnology field (BioMEMS), optical components (OptoMEMS) and radio frequency signal components (RFMEMS) fields.
